This User Agreement (hereinafter the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between the owner of https://umov.net (hereinafter “Umov.net” or the “Administration”) on the one hand, and the user of the website on the other.

  • not to interfere with the proper functioning of the Website

  • not to create multiple accounts on the Website if they actually belong to the same person

  • not to engage in actions intended to mislead other Users

  • not to transfer your account and/or your account’s username and password to third parties

  • not to post materials of an advertising, erotic, pornographic, or offensive nature, as well as other information whose posting is prohibited or contrary to the norms of current Russian Federation legislation

  • do not use scripts (programs) for the automated collection of information and/or interaction with the Site and its Services

Rights Transferred to Third Parties

By posting user-generated content through our services, you warrant that you are the author or copyright holder of such content, and you grant each user of the Service a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to access and use your Content within the limits permitted by the Service’s functionality, including the right to display it using the Service’s player on third-party websites via embed (iframe) technology, and you also authorize the creation of temporary technical copies of the content and video previews of such content.

Liability of the Parties

  • Users are personally and fully responsible for the information they disseminate

  • The administration assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of information copied from other sources

  • The administration assumes no responsibility for services provided by third parties

  • In the event of a force majeure situation (hostilities, a state of emergency, a natural disaster, etc.), the Administration does not guarantee the preservation of information posted by the User, nor the uninterrupted operation of the information resource

Terms and Conditions of the Agreement

This Agreement takes effect upon any use of this website. The Agreement ceases to be effective upon the release of a new version. The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement at its discretion. The Administration does not notify users of changes to the Agreement.
